When you have an abundance of homegrown banana’s and you have made every type of banana recipe possible its time to make banana milkshakes.
- 1 large banana or 2 small bananas
- 1 tbs rice malt syrup (honey or maple syrup)
- 1 tbs cocoa powder (honest to goodness organic cocoa powder)
- 300ml of milk (nut or coconut milk is also suitable)
- 6-8 ice cubes
Place in a blender and blend until smooth.
If using a Thermomix blend on speed 8 for 1 minute.
Serve with a reusable stainless steel drinking straw.
